A Triple Threat

I have previously shown you Hannah's dance moves here and her singing skills here. She has now become a triple threat with acting! We think she is a "HIT!"

P.S. These are cute little finger puppets that Hannah borrowed from her preschool. They have a really cool thing they call "Family Resource Center." It is full of different activites and games that the kids can check-out and take home. I think it is a fabulous idea and we use it often!

One Step Closer

Chad had an interview last Friday for the Radiation Therapy Program at Weber State University. So that is one step closer! We are excited and proud of him! We will keep you updated and let you know if (and when) he gets in!

If You Build It...

Hannah has been fasinated with her blocks lately. Sometimes she gets really frustrated when the blocks fall or won't do what she wants them to do. She is becoming much more creative and I am impressed with her designs! Here is one of her most recent creations!

Happy Saint Paddy's Day!

This is my Flashback for this week. I have never really been a fan of St. Patrick's Day because I don't particularly like green, I DO NOT like pinching or being pinched, you don't get off of school or work, and you don't get candy or presents! I figured that it was only for people who like to get drunk. Well my opinion has changed slightly since I moved here to Twin Falls. Every year they have a parade on March 17th. It is not a great parade, but at least it gives you something to actually do on that holiday and you get candy! We are going to be out of town this year and are sad we are going to miss this annual tradition! Here are pictures of us at the parade the past two years.
I know Hannah has her eyes closed, but she looks so little and cute, I couldn't resist!

As you can see the first year we had jackets and sun and last year we had coats and wind! It is still a fun parade!

What Did We Do Last Week?

Hannah has had a terrible cold this past week so she had to miss dance and preschool. We spent most of the week doing this...
ya know, the usual....watching t.v. in a box. What?.... you don't do that when you are sick? Well, you are missing out!

Flashback Friday

So there are a couple of stories behind this picture. First of all this picture was part of a Wade family picture session that my family had the spring of 2003. Chad and I were engaged the summer of 2003. I can't believe my parents allowed Chad to be in our family pictures before we were even engaged! What would have happened if it hadn't worked out? AKWARD! Well, it did work out and I am glad!
The second story is what happened right before this picture. Chad was at work and was rushing over to meet the family for the pictures. He was running late and was nervous about making his girlfriend's family wait for him so he rushed a little too fast. As he pulled into the parking lot, a police car, with lights flashing, pulled in behind him. Talk about embarrassing! It was the first time that he had met some of my family. What a good first impression!
I laugh everytime I see this picture!

The Mini Mechanic

Chad has been changing the oil in our car to save money. Hannah helped him last weekend. She would hand him tools, hold the flashlight, and give him advice on being safe. She is a good little helper and Chad is a good dad for allowing her to help!

Hannah's Idea of Heaven

Hannah's preschool had a field trip to a pet store. Hannah was in heaven. She loved all of the animals (except the snakes). She was a little sad that there was only one cat and she didn't get to pet it, but someone brought in a HUGE dog (bottom right) and she was able to pet that. It was taller then Hannah! It was HUGE!

A Delicious Date Night

Every year our Stake has a dinner for the adults. It is catered by a local italian resturant and the food is delicious. They have nice decorations, yummy food, a live band, and professional pictures. The best part...it is all free. It was a great night to get out a be with my hubby.

Hannah's New Favorite Game

Hannah has always been a dancer. She loves to twirl and skip and move around. Actually it is rare that she is NOT dancing. Well, now she has moved onto a new level of dance--Interpretive!

Enjoy!
