Splish Splash I Was Takin' a Bath

Grace loves her bath. I mean she REALLY LOVES it. She gets sad when we take her out. She is a kicking machine. When we put her in the tub we close the curtian halfway so that she doesn't completely soak us and the floor.

What a silly girl!

Yummy in My Tummy

Grace has started eating solids. She is not a huge fan of cereal, but she loves bananas. Why are babies with messy faces so darn cute!?

Here is a video of her first time eating.

A Paws-itively Purr-fect Party

We had a Kitty Party for Hannah on Saturday. It was a really fun party. Kinda wild with 6 crazy kids in our little apartment, but the guest seemed to have a blast. We made a cute kitty craft.
We played some fun games; such as a mouse search, a yarn ball relay, and Feed the Fish to the Cat.

And, of course, ate a cute(if I do say so myself!) kitty cake.

Hannah said it was "the best day of her life!" Can't ask for any more than that, right?!!?
Thanks for everyone that came and helped Hannah have the best day!

A 5yr Old Bike

One day as Hannah was riding her trike I realized that her knees where hitting on the handlebars! Time for a new bike. We had planned on getting Hannah a big bike for her birthday, but we decided a few weeks early wouldn't hurt!Hannah picked out the exact bike she wanted. It met all of her requirements: pink, streamers, a bell, and a bag on the front.
What more could a 4 (almost 5) year old girl need?!?!

A Day of Celebration

The day started out with a birthday sign (kinda lame I know, I was a little behind the ball). She went to preschool where she recieved a birthday crown, she brought special treats for her class, and thet sang a ver LOUD "Happy Birthday" to her. We had a picnic lunch in the park (sorry! forgot the camera) with Hannah choosing Einstein Bagels for our meal. I redeemed myself by having the house decorated and a balloon waiting for her when we arrived home.
Hannah even helped decorate her cake. Not the best-looking cake I have ever made, but it was pink so Hannah though it was great!
When Chad got home from work we headed to the store to pick out her present...a fish!
She picked a colorful betta and named it Rainbow Butterfly.
Chad and Hannah got the most beautiful and best betta ever (according to Hannah) all set up in it's new home while I made the special birthday dinner.
The birthday girl requested chicken and cheese quesadillas.

The cake tasted better than it looked! It's good to be 5!

Look What She Can Do

She has been doing this for over a month now, but I am little behind in my posts! She can now roll from her belly to her back also. She moves across the room sometimes!
